Faith Formation Registration

**** Please Read ****:  Faith Formation at OLPH utilizes a database for the Archdiocese of Baltimore called Ministry Platform.  Each family has an entry in Ministry Platform.  In order to register for Faith Formation at OLPH, families are required to login to Ministry Platform.  If you have never logged in, you will need to reset your password.  Click on the desired REGISTRATION link below and you will see a LOGIN button at the bottom of the next page.
