We discussed the kinds of stress we feel - the kinds we can change and the kinds we must live with. We also looked at the Serenity Prayer, which asks God to help us have the strength to accept what we can't change; the courage to change what we can; and the wisdom to know the difference. We saw how hard it is when people fight things they cannot change or endure things they could change, and that this is not what God wants for us.
