Monday of the Seventh Week of Easter

While on vacation I read three books (what a delight!!). Two were just for fun, but one I've had on the shelf to read "when I had time." If you are looking for a good book on the path to knowing and following Jesus, I recommend Sherry Weddell's Forming Intentional Disciples.

I believe I am blessed to be ministering in a parish filled with people of faith! Many of them have (with me!) grown through bible studies the past few years. I believe the Holy Spirit has led all of us to a closer relationship with Jesus and his Father. During my prayer times while on vacation I asked for guidance in the next few months while the parish undergoes many changes.
